MSP360 Managed Backup with immutable object storage on Wasabi or AWS S3. GFS retention, off-site copies, documented restore tests. We treat backup as a service, not a setting.
Remote support & helpdesk
ConnectWise-backed ticketing, phone and remote session support. 15 minute response on Priority 1, same-business-day on standard requests, an actual human who knows your environment.
Network & VPN
FortiGate firewalls, site-to-site VPN between mills, terminals, plants and regional offices, and wireless across sheds and production floors. Designed for sites where links are slow or drop out.
Security & Essential Eight
MFA, application control, patch management, user training, endpoint protection, monitored logging. We align to the ACSC Essential Eight maturity model and the equivalent controls other APAC regulators expect.
